Normative design standards

The design specifications of the system equipment implement the requirements of the current design specifications and also comply with the requirements of the design specifications generally implemented at present.

Standards used for all mechanical equipment conform to GB/T standards and ISO standards.

The standards used for all electrical equipment are in accordance with IEC standards and GB/T standards.

Painting process

The following painting process is used for the parts of the body, wall plate and frame, shroud, etc.

Pretreatment: shot blasting Primer: epoxy zinc-rich primer

Intermediate paint: iron red epoxy thick paste general primer

Topcoat: Acrylic polyurethane topcoat

Dry film thickness: 80um

The coating is firm and protects the parts from rusting, corrosion resistance and beautiful color.
 

CE safety assurance measures

GPPE automatic thermal paper slitting and packaging line tested by CE safety system standard.

All driving parts (gears, belts, etc.) and rotating parts of the slitting process are equipped with protective covers.
